Appeals Court Blocks California’s Law That Banned Masks For ICE Agents

Our @thejusticedept attorneys are fighting daily in court to protect law enforcement — and we just secured another key victory.

The 9th Circuit has now issued a FULL stay blocking California’s ban on masks for federal law enforcement agents.

Law enforcement officers risk their lives for us, only to be doxxed by radical anti-police activists. Unacceptable.

This crucial ruling protects our brave men and women in the field. We will not stop fighting bad laws like these in California and across the country.

In NYC, with one of the world's largest police departments, you have daily beat cops, detectives, drug and gang task force, anti- terrorist units ..... ALL WHO OPERATE WITHOUT WEARING MASKS.

And yes, there are threats against them, etc., etc. But somehow they soldier on and do their jobs ... while BEING ACCOUNTABLE TO THE PUBLIC, THE LAW AND CONSTITUTION. If they step out of line, you sure as hell read about it in the local papers.

So all this hand wringing about ICE is just more BS from Bondi and Patel (documented liars) and Homan (documented corrupt bribery recipient) is just that ... BS.

If they were using normal policing tactics, they would not be hated. They are trained to be brutal and break laws and windows. There is a cost for acting like the Gestapo. It is easier to be brutal when you are in disguise. The ones being mistreated and hurt are the people.
