A US appeals court has ruled that President Donald Trump's former personal lawyer, Alina Habba, has been unlawfully serving as top federal prosecutor for New Jersey - a ruling likely to affect scores of criminal cases in the state.

She is the perfect avatar for what Trump values in someone who works for him. Image over brains. She would fit right in with the magats on this forum as she is painfully stupid.

She actually bragged about losing a $1M countersuit to Hillary Clinton and others who sued for the costs of the garbage suit she and Trump launched against them and they lost. Getting 'costs' judgments in the US is not an easy thing as a case just has to the have slightest perception of merit and the belief 'every deserves their day in court' to be heard, prevails.

That is how bad the case was that she and Trump and brought and yet here she is bragging and wearing her loss like a badge of honor.
