The people of the southern US have made it clear that they are unable to govern themselves. Therefore, I think that we should take the genius idea of the Michigan Republican party, and appoint Emergency Financial Managers for the entire southern United States, with the power to do whatever the fuck they want. Perhaps in a generation or so, we will have educated a generation of decent human beings. If not, then I suggest we ethnically cleanse the area, and repopulate it with colonists from the north.
