How would one define a so-called black person, considering about 70% of Americans are of a mixed race lineage? Actually its stupid and inbreeding bigots who are too idiotic to abide by U.S. Constitutional voting rights laws to avoid destroying the voting rights of everyone in America and regardless of who they are.
