What an undignified bunch of shite from those seeking and getting, to the whoops and hollers of morons, their five minutes of cheap fame. As I type now I can the screams, squeals and shouts as some senator or other gives a speech direct from som Madison Avenue wannabee.

Its a memorial service for chrissakes and they make it look and sound like bloody vaudeville!!!

Your comments hearten me, Bravo.
Why on earth did they not have two gatherings? One a sober memorial service, the other a celebration for the heroes of the day. Plenty of opportunities for whooping and hollering and time for the bereaved to be silent and feel the dignity of their sadness.
 
I'm reading the article from the service and Obama's speech on the SF Chronicle website and checking out the posted comments afterwards and many/most are defending the cheering by saying it was a wake which celebrates the living and the solemn moments are to be done in private.

Pinheads will defend pinheads in everything and anything,.. lying and twisting the truth at will....... just as they look for a scapegoats to place blame on and use even the most inappropriate events to make political points without any guilt ....its standard behavior ...

When he first appeared people were screaming as if it were a campaign appearance in Chicago. I thought it was totally inappropriate.
