Simply put, the "Great Negotiator" got his ass handed to him by Pelosi and some Republican negotiators who were smart enough to keep Trump and his White House incompetents away from the negotiations and who actually acted like they have some common negotiating sense.

Trump signs a Bill for less border funding than he could have gotten BEFORE the recent government shutdown.

Trump signs a Bill for SUBSTANTIALLY less than he could have gotten last summer.

Obviously Trumps ignorance of how government works is only exceeded by his inability to negotiate anything other than "hush" payments to porn stars and former Playmates.

I think lawyers like Cohen were responsible for that. The only thing Toadstool does well is brag about himself and convince the marks that it's true.
 
Trump is a political rookie! He alone didn't get Pelosi'ed, the neo-cons and RINO's on the negotiating committee and the moron Republicans that voted for the legislation were really the dip-shits that got Pelosi'ed. That's why Republicans can't maintain a majority for long in Congress. Too many of them sincerely want to be bi-partisan and they think they can actually deal with the Devil!
