A Cottage City 19-year-old spent nearly 4 months in jail after Corporal Donald Taylor claimed Ryan Dorm assaulted him and the gun went off as Taylor struggled with him.

The video shows Dorm being approached from behind, then smacked in the head with a gun. The video shows the flash from the gun as Dorm was being struck.

Taylor has been indicted and faces a trial in November. Bell has filed a $10 million dollar civil lawsuit in the case.

How many cops automatically believed Taylors report? Why didn't Taylors partner, also shown in the video, report the truth? How many other officers have viewed this video and went along with the cover story to protect their fellow cop?

It would be nice to see all this played out in a trial, but i'm guessing that PG County will eventually settle this lawsuit for around 1 million and the only cop that will be punished is Taylor. But this is just one bad apple, ya know.
