Baloneous Assault

J6 criminals were pardoned. Some continued their criminal activities.

But sure charge a felony for throwing a Subway sandwich.

What's criminal is wasting a perfectly good footlong
 
J6rs spent time in jail. I think he should do community service in a soup kitchen feeding the homeless. BTW he was wearing a pink shirt and threw like a girl.

Nope. None. Only innocent, wrongly convicted patriots were pardoned. You really should have learned the difference between a criminal and an innocent patriot, but then again, we all know by now just how your deaf-studies short-changed you.

This should not be a felony, although it was definitely an assault with a deli weapon, executed in cold cut. Sean Charles Dunn tried to play the hero, but really hammed it up and wound up playing the po'boy and foot-longing it outta there.
 
Let's see... He works at the DOJ as a liar... err, lawyer. He yells at two ICE agents and then assaults one with a subway sandwich the radical Left's weapon of choice these days it seems. He then runs from police to avoid being arrested. The cops catch this stupid fuck and likely weren't all that non-physical in taking him down. He goes to jail to await trial for all this shit.

The DOJ fires him. He's almost 100% certain to lose his law license for life as a violent felony usually is reason to take it away. He's likely going to prison for several years.

My only question is, at his trial will he act as his own attorney...? Inquiring minds want to know!

I can't wait for a judge to rule on whether a Subway sandwich is considered a deadly weapon, and whether throwing one is a felony.

Depends. Some of them could be packed with sodium, cholesterol, artificial ingredients, and other things that contribute to an "unhealthy lifestyle."
