the dems like frank have this idea that poor people for the most part are just down on there luck, or born into bad situations, its not there fault, if they only had opportunity, If we invest in them there will be a payback.
While i also have heart and do think in some case this may be true there are also the poor people whom are irresponsible and thus why they are now and continue to be poor.
Making loans to irresponsible people is like giving a knife to a baby. We all know what is going to happen 99% of the time.
