Bellicose Buddhists massacre Muslims

Buddhist Extremists... Seems more like a oxymoron, but it appears to be true here. They, apparently, want a "pure Buddhist" state. Which is junk anyway, a totalitarian government is not any more Buddhist than killing people to purify your state...

These people are far off The Path.

I thought it sounded rather strange for buddhists to be killing people. I guess there are freaks and extremists in any faith.

Not so unusual, the Sinhalese of Sri Lanka are Therevada Buddhists. That didn't stop them waging all out war on the Tamil Tigers. I could also mention Laos and Cambodia as well.

I will look them up and see what that is all about. I don't doubt you, I was just unaware of them.

I believe there are extremists of every stripe. But I also do not believe we should convict an entire faith because of the actions of an extreme minority.

My "fellow conservatives"? Those two and I have had VERY few topics on which we agreed. And yes, I did challenge them quite often. In fact, I have had Bravo & Webb on ignore for quite some time.

If I were will to spend time doing the searches. But I feel no need to prove I am not a bigot, nor do I feel a need to prove I did something when I did it on an open forum for all to see.

Go find the last week or so of Alias' time here. I recall rebuking him quite a bit.
