Best time to charge Trump

Trump has the crazy's already, but just the crazy's won't get him elected. He needs the full weight of the Right wing, something he doesn't have. There is no real threat till that happen, That is what I would save the charges for. That is the time to crush this traitor , when and if he gets a real foothold on the right.

The man is ugly , he is a mentally ill monster, but the right thinks that anything is better than the Commie left, something in fact that has never existed nor will it ever exist in this country. Can You Imagine selling the idea that all business should be owned and run by the government. These goofballs' idea is if it has the word Social is in the name it is communism ,What A HOOT.
Any way hang his charges over his head unused till the sweet spot is eminent. I'm not suggesting to not charge him , he can be charged at any time. If these charges aren't used during the election , just dump them on him after the election. By he way this type of action should only be implemented to traitors and enemy's of this country , everyone else we have to be more fair with.
 
I’m looking toward Friday the 17th as a possibility. There is some argument that’s the statute of limitations on the Stormy case.

No, it is not a political decision. That is precisely the thing to be avoided. It's justice. It must be blind to politics.

The best time to charge him is as soon as sufficient evidence has been acquired to get a conviction.

Traitors and this countries enemies don't get any consideration. They get none of the protection of a fair and honest legal system. It has always been that way , we don't give these protections to our countries enemy's/

I don't think that is the case , it is for a charge right before the 2016 election, The payoff was then. There is more time.

It must be the result of a fair legal process bereft of politics.

Don't you see, if it is influenced by politics then the right claims it has no standing. And if it had been a political consideration they would have something in their complaints.

They will try to claim that anyway, so it has to be completely by the book, above board, no political considerations. Actually it is likely that there are certain times to avoid bringing big news on Trump's legal woes, such as immediately before an election. This is done precisely to avoid any political implications.

Well, then it is time for you to move on, so you either contribute something or you will disappear. I mean, really, why would you even get involved here under the circumstances. It’s from the last payoff check, but I read where there are two issues, Trump might claim or have some evidence that the later checks, coming from a different account were not for payoff reimbursement or weren’t from campaign funds. Also New York tolled all SOl’S due to Covid for 270 days.

Buddy, they have no argument unless the left does something illegal , there is nothing illegal in what I'm suggesting. Our country's enemies don't get these protections , they never have, and they never will.

I said after the Insurrection in 2020, the best time to charge Trump was early in 2023.

Strategically you did not want Trump to get charged too early, and if he won, use that to launch his campaign for 2024. Strategically the best thing to do is charge him in 2023, so he has that hanging over him all thru the Primaries and election, so anyone considering voting for him has to consider whether he might be in jail or not, and to force him to campaign, not on the road, but from the prisoners box in a court.

So i think these current timings are working out perfectly.

NY, Georgia and the Special Counsel will all charge Trump before the 2024 elections start.
