I'm old enough to have seen all these world series but the 1905 one and I agree with them all but for Kirk Gibson. OK, it was a game winning hit that won the series, that's not the only time that's ever happened and the previous athletes had better series so that's a joke. I'd replace Gibson's 1988 performance with Johnny Bench's 1976 series. He hit 3 HR, 6 RBI, batted .533 and abosolutely dominated the game defensively behind the plate.

Of the ones I've seen I'd rate Brooks Robinson's 1970 performance as the best. The way he dominated the game defensively was extroardinary. It was like he has ESP, he made plays that were impossible to make. The 1970 and 1975 World Series were with out a doubt the best two World Series I've seen in my lifetime.
