Biden Admin Supports Non-Citizens Voting​

Iowa election officials sued the Biden administration after the federal government declined to hand over a list of noncitizens registered to vote in the state before the 2024 elections.


United States Citizenship and Immigration Services officials refused to hand over a list of noncitizens illegally registered to vote in Iowa “despite having confirmed that hundreds of noncitizens were on Iowa’s voter rolls after a manual individualized process,” Iowa Secretary of State Paul Pate and Attorney General Brenna Bird said in a lawsuit Tuesday. The complaint is filed against the Department of Homeland Security and its subagency, USCIS.

I wonder what legitimate reason they will give for refusing to provide the list. I'm making two assumptions. One assumption would be that while it might be a time-honored tradition for the Democrat Party to cheat on elections, it isn't legal and the second assumption is that if Mayorkas is asked a direct question in court, a rambling answer that explains why he's so proud to work for Joe Biden would be declared non-responsive and a refusal to answer would result in punitive action by the judge.


Of course, it's possible a Democrat Congress passed a bill saying Democrats could cheat and ordered the bill to be kept a secret for National Security reasons. It's also possible a Democrat judge would enjoy Mayorkas' stories and not require him to actually answer questions. Congress doesn't.


I would like to see other states join with Iowa in supporting the lawsuit.

Horse mierda like this is one of the reasons the far left Democratic Socialist loons were steamrolled in the last elections.

Illegals have been voting in local elections in some cities for a long time…why are people who have no legal right to be in America voting in any American elections?

Because these far left loons want them to vote in American elections,

We’re talking 2,000 people, 2,000 out of over two million registered in Iowa, which only half voted. The 2000 figure comes from Iowa Dept of Transportation going back over half a decade. Of the 2,000, 500 were actually found voting and all 500 proved their citizenship (https://apnews.com/article/iowa-noncitizen-voting-679b706ae0673ca23a6d4c99abec48b0)
