He did just Shuffle off into the crowd.. before the ceremony was over... and that poor veteran was just left standing there... after some awkward silence they proceeded with giving the benediction.... he probably should have stayed around for that...

Biden's part of the ceremony was over, and he stepped down off of the stage to give the full stage and attention to the Medal of Honor recipient to give his acceptance speech!- That was all that was left of the ceremony!

Here is the event from start to finish, and Biden did everything expected from a president awarding an Armed Service member!

Biden is not afraid of contacting Covid! He has been vaccinated and has all of his booster shots!

Same as his wife- who didn't even know she was carrying the virus- AS SHE HAD NO SYMPTOMS!
