de Blasio rebuked Vice President Joe Biden Friday for likening LaGuardia Airport to a facility in "some Third World country," saying it was "not his finest moment."
"I respect the vice president, but I think his comments were inappropriate," de Blasio said when asked about Biden's remarks during a City Hall news conference.

Biden has foot-in-mouth syndrome and brings that special brand of stupid with him wherever he goes. Comforting to know he is just a breath away from the Presidency.
At least the dumb animal is occasionally, if not accidentally, being honest.
