The Constitution doesn't disappear even if Trump becomes President.

Any investigation would require prosecutors present evidence of a crime to a grand jury before they could indict any of those people you think are criminals.

Then even if they manage to get an indictment, the prosecutors still have to follow the law and give all exculpatory evidence to the defendants or risk having the cases tossed on technicalities.

DOJ would have been spending millions without a single indictment and even if they manage to get a few indictments they would get zero convictions.

Not at all, he wasn't going to prosecute the political hacks in the J6 committee, he wants to end political prosecutions of any and all rival parties.
