President Biden pardons son Hunter Biden as White House term nears end


The pardon comes three months after Hunter Biden pleaded guilty to federal tax charges.





President Joe Biden has pardoned his son Hunter Biden nearly seven weeks before President Biden leaves the White House. The pardon comes months after Hunter Biden pleaded guilty to federal tax charges on the same day jury selection in his trial was scheduled to begin.
The case was prosecuted by special counsel David Weiss, who was appointed by Attorney General Merrick Garland. Special counsels are appointed when the attorney general determines that a criminal investigation of a person or matter is warranted and would present a conflict of interest for the DOJ.
President Biden criticized Weiss' prosecution of his son, saying that Hunter "was singled out" because he's the president's son.

Biden could have saved tax payers thousands of hours of investigative work and millions of dollars had he said that he would pardon Cocaine Hunter if he was convicted.

Cocaine Hunter did not pay his taxes but if we don’t, we go to jail. If we commit federal gun crimes, we go to jail but Cocaine Hunter doesn’t.

The Constitution should have exempted family members from being pardoned.

Well did you MAGAS ever thing Biden stood back and is watching the shit show that is about to happen and decider his son is entitled to due process of law and a REASONABLE punishment and NOT be put in a jail cell and forgotten about the way Trump is talking about doing to his political opponents like DICTATORS do.
I don't give a shit about what he said situations change day to day.

You're missing the point...that this just isn't about Hunter's "crimes"....
and he wouldn't have received jail time...

You're missing the point...this isn't about other pardons that may happen, btw...Did you notice the thread title? But now, the bar is so low, President Trump won't have to explain anyone if he does decide to pardon some...

I'm sure Toxic was beyond excited when #TRE45ON pardoned the (D) former governor of Illinois who tried to sell Obama's senate seat to the highest bidder. If the Toadstool does it, then it's not corruption, it's holy. :rofl2:

Fuck that a felon is going to be President and is going to be pardoning himself and a lot of other law breakers but that is okay with you, No knowing what Trump is already setting up to do, going after all his left leaning political opponents like a DICTATOR WOULD DO, I don't blame Biden for doing it before the shit show really starts.
