Cuban cigars are overrated. The best growers fled to the Dominican Republic when the Communists took over. Since the soil and growing conditions are identical to Cuba and those growers had the best seeds, that's were the quality of cigars went.

Just because we normalize relations with a dictatorship, doesn't mean it will suddenly stop being a dictatorship...
