Note Trump gave an enormous tax break to the wealthy and corporations, just like every Repub admin does. Another characteristic of Fascism is having your family in important positions. That way, you always have control. Trump also was taking control of the military and Secret Service. Trump Jr said in his second term, he was going to beat the FBI down and control that too. That is how you create Fascism.

The Secret Service is charged with protecting the President, personally. It was authorized by Congress. The President directs the Secret Service.
The FBI is charged with enforcing the law. It was authorized by Congress. The President directs the FBI.

That lower income tax payers got fewer dollars is because they were paying fewer dollars in taxes to begin with. Buy credit to you for at least admitting that Trump did, in fact, give lower taxes to all.
