Biden's pardon as an admission of guilt of Hunter's crimes

It wasn't that Biden pardoned Hunter Biden for his gun crimes and tax evasion. Biden used Nixon pardon like language pardoning him and granting clemency for any and all crimes committed going back to January 2014.

Now some who are uninformed may think that January 2014 is an arbitrary date. It is not. Hunter started working for Burisma in April of 2014.

If Hunter committed no crimes, why the need to pardon him for things he wasn't even charged or convicted of or plead guilty to?

Oh, I know that the leftists will twist themselves in knots over this by saying "but, but but Trump", but it will fall on deaf ears.

For one they are the ones who for the last four years screaming "NOBODY IS ABOVE THE LAW"

Additionally, the irony of Hunter being pardoned for gun crimes (the left hates guns) and tax evasion (the left is always saying the rich don't pay their fair share) is too rich to even fathom.

Hunter Biden already plead guilty to tax crimes. The issue wasn't his guilt. The issue was Hunter's claim that he was being treated differently from others who had committed similar crimes.

No, he wasn't. He was also guilty of additional charges (which were pardoned as well).

Joe has NO AUTHORITY to pardon someone for crimes he hasn't been tried for yet!

It also included 'all crimes' until 2034!

Joe Biden, of course, has no such authority. He doesn't even have any authority to pardon his son for past crimes. You have to be President to do that, and Joe was never elected.

It isn't nearly so much an admission of guilt on Bagman's (Hunter's) part--Bagman was already found guilty of some of the charges--as it is crass nepotism on the part of his father, Joke. It should go down in history as one of those moments where a President debased the office by using it for personal gain rather than the good of the nation. This one beats Clinton's last-minute pardon of Marc Rich (look him up) for how obvious it is in terms of abusing the privilege of being able to issue pardons.

As always you go way out of your way to miss the point. Biden didn't just pardon Hunter for things he was convicted of. No, he pardoned him for things going back to January 2014. What crimes from 2014 was Hunter convicted of? Indicted on? Why do that if there aren't crimes to protect him from?

So that must mean Stone, Flynn, Bannon, Manaford, Kushner, and scores of others were guilty of the crimes they were convicted of, not to mention the J6 MAGA militia who tore up the Capitol plus threatened the nation’s VP, and even himself if the charges weren’t placed on hold
