Nah. Hyper sonic? Pfft. Nuclear warheads are completely obsolete. Biological weapons can be deployed anonymously from anywhere in the world. There's very little reason to jerk off about the speed of a missile. Ground effect cruise missles are far more difficult to shoot down. In a mutually assured destruction scenario, being fancy doesn't matter for much.
