You accuse me of being selfish. When have I ever used on this site a selfish justification for any of my beliefs? I believe in the free market because I believe it is the best for the nation as a whole, just like you believe in socialism because you believe it is the best for the nation as a whole. Don't try to throw ad hominem attacks like "You're selfish" at me every statement I make as a knee jerk reaction. If you disagree with something I say, tell me why I'm wrong, don't insult me for making the statement, otherwise it just proves how weak your argument is.

Expanding markets is not the goal of life. You can not expect people to agree with policies which make them unemployed because it will "maximixe efficiencies". "free" market concepts have been abused and decontextualized to become an excuse to destroy the western world.
You should realize this and quit supporting the selfish pricks who espouse these fascist and dishonest arguments. And quit espousing them yourself, ya selfish prick.

Expanding markets is not the goal of life. You can not expect people to agree with policies which make them unemployed because it will "maximixe efficiencies". "free" market concepts have been abused and decontextualized to become an excuse to destroy the western world.

What is the goal of life? I'd say let people choose it themselves. If you'd like to make items and services and trade them, that's your business.

We have a 4% unemployment rate. It's not increasing. It's been that way for 100 years. Pardon me for not think that's crazy. We could adopt Singapore's policies and have no unemployment (You can't be unemployed or else) but I'd rather not live in a fascist state.

I'm not anti-business, I'm against putting whole nations and people out of work because mulitnationals want to take advantage of dictators wanting to turn their people into slaves for personal profit.

Those statistics are crap. And the jobs suck and are low paying. They're either either insourcing or outsourcing any and all decent jobs they can. They don't care about the consequences to the country as a whole. People are working harder for less tangible value and less security. Business volume is not the be all end all of measurements.
