I used to work with many doctors trained in Africa who were in the US to get into US residency programs.. They were amazing.. The scored high in their ECFMGs and the were all fluent in 3 to 4 languages.

How many languages do you speak, Tom? My friend from Senegal speaks 6 fluently.. In addition to Fula and Mandinka.. he is fluent in English, French, Arabic, Spanish and Italian.
