Sept. 20, 2007 - Imagine a universe where a man can gun down women and children anytime he pleases, knowing he will never be brought to justice. A place where morality is null and void, and arbitrary killing is the rule. A place that has been imagined hitherto only in nightmarish dystopian fiction, like “1984,” or in fevered passages from Dostoevsky—or which existed during the Holocaust and Stalinist purges and the Dark Ages. Well, that universe exists today. It is called Iraq. And the man who made it possible is George W. Bush.

How the man still has a 29% approval rating I'll never understand.

Also Iraqi officials have said that Blackwater was involved in the DEC jail escape of the guy accused of embezzling over 2 billion reconstruction dollars....
Hmm I wonder who he was going to squeal on....

or did he just hire them...
Damned mercenaries.
Getting to look more like a curseade all the time.

usc: you would have been called an unamerican tinfoil hat conspiracy theorist if you had posted this two years ago on FP or p.com

Seems like someone did that when we posted about the missing weapons turning up in Turkish terrorists hands anyway. And that was just a few weels ago.

I am used to being called that anyway, but sadly I am usually correct.
