After a series of tests, doctors have now concluded that earlier reports Senator Kennedy's brain tumor were erroneous. What they thought was a tumor, turns out to be the senator's brain, it had simply atrophied and shriveled up to resemble a small pickle, which was mistaken for a tumor. Doctors also discovered a pair of what are believed to be, Mary Jo Kopechne's panties, in the senators brain cavity. It is not know how the panties got there, but this was what obviously led to the confusion about the Senator's condition.
