That video is from the State of the Union in January, the President is being attacked by Brietfart for what he, Pence, amd other individuals in the Administration didn't say yesterday at 9/11 testimonies

I proved conclusively that Trump has loudly denounced radical Islamic terrorism.

Obama wouldn't. Ever. And hypocrites on the left cheered.
