We all know they are high but kind of crazy to see the Styles’ family home from Boyz N’ The Hood movie is worth almost $600K. People can’t even afford to live ‘in the ‘hood’ anymore. Haha.

You could buy a house like that in Columbus for around $100-$135k.

You could buy a house like that in Columbus for around $100-$135k.

It was on the brain because I was watching this review of movies like Boyz n The Hood, South Central & Menace II Society which depict the grinding poverty of daily life in South Central LA in the early '90's. And this isn't an area today where a number of old homes have been torn down and fancy new homes were built in their place. These are the same homes. There is still poverty in South Central but it's just interesting when homes cost that much.
