california to be model for aca insurance exchanges

Very interesting story. I am very eager to see how these work, and hopeful that it allows people who don't qualify for Medicaid but can't afford insurance under current conditions, to be able to purchase it. I am also hoping that eventually CA leads the way to single payer. Vermont may, but I'd love to see it in CA because it's so much bigger.
