Hi :)

I obviously know the difference between "civil" and "Criminal", but I wanted to know what exactly a civil arrest warrant entails.

"Criminal" would mean that you'd get a fine. "Civil" means you're going to jail. Usually for life. And there's no parole in Massachusettes. Sorry. :(

Why do you answer when you have no clue?

A Civil warrant is issued if somebody refuses service or cannot be served or does not comply with a court order. The Sheriff can be sent to arrest them and bring them to court and force compliance.
