Can anyone make a cogent case for how birthright citizenship is good for America?

Donald Trump has not been criminally convicted of rape. In May 2023, a CIVIL jury - not a criminal court - a CIVIL jury that does not abide by the rules of evidence found Trump liable for sexual abuse and defamation in the case brought by E. Jean Carroll, awarding her $5 million in damages. The jury did NOT find him liable for rape under New York’s legal definition.

The key reasons Trump is not a convicted rapist are:
