I figured out highly trained JPP epidemiologists who also minored in constitutional law would be updating us by the second

17 I think? The numbers will likely top out soon since we’re at the tail end of flu season.

As it stands, the most probable ‘worst outcome’ to this is we’ll have to add another seasonal respiratory virus to the common flu viruses that threatens part of the population every year. The rest of us will muddle through it and/or get vaccinated.

Or it can be ‘one and done’. SARS was a COVID and it went away. Remains to be seen.

I agree. If I had to bet I think it is one and done.

The only question now is how much damage did the Democrat Media Industrial Complex do to the economy? I think it will be a hit in Q3 GDP but I don't think it will be long lasting. Trump will come out of this stronger than ever. His response has been perfect much like his perfect phone call

Yup.

Democrats and their media minions either have to root for higher numbers or face the prospect of having egg on their face. And they put themselves in that position.

I don’t like to speculate, but if it gets to a thousand I’ll be surprised and it can end up being well short of a hundred based on the fact it’s nearly mid-March and the fact the numbers are still creeping up in the ten’s.

Meanwhile, flu-related deaths this season are in the *tens of thousands*—as virtually always this time of year. A little perspective throws a wet blanket on the COVID hype.

I agree. I am seriously hedging, but I think we have two weeks max of this.

Unfortunately, people like Jackie and his waterhead buddy Center, they don't possess the self awareness to admit they were wrong and over reacted. They will just say "we didn't know and we just acting in an abundance of caution" and then they will move on to the next manufactured crisis

I have noticed that the democrat party has backed off a little bit. I think someone sent out a memo telling them that they look like they are rooting for American deaths.
