Can you think of examples of factual propaganda?

Propaganda, dissemination of information—facts, arguments, rumours, half-truths, or lies—to influence public opinion.

Here is the quotation which inspired this discussion, (copied from the sig of JPP poster, "Into the Night").

"Propaganda can also be factual." --Flash

Something like: "Illegals are committing violent crimes in America." That is 100% factual.

Now it comes down to how people view that fact.

I was remiss in not posting a definition of propaganda in the OP.

information, especially of a biased or misleading nature, used to promote or publicize a particular political cause or point of view.

That would fit my statement about illegals committing violence.

Democrats: "Yes that is a problem we need to address."
Republicans: "Yes that is a problem that Democrats refuse to address."

Guess which one was exposed to propaganda? That factual statement is a trigger.
