My wife braises ox tails in a peanut butter suace with bitter vegies (egg plant, Bok Choy and string beans) with some onions for hours until the meat just falls off the ox tails. She serves it over rice and it is to die for!!! The peanut butter sauce when it's done is both savory and sweet.....I'm drooling just thinking about it.
