So most know i got a phat check fro my toyota Tacoma pickup truck because it was rusted out.
So i found a 2006 Honda pilot EXL fully loaded with nav, leather, moonroof, headed seats, premium sound, and so on. 29,000 miles on it
So I convinced them to drop the price from 23k down to 18.5 with my superior hard ass negotiating and agreed on the deal. This would include certified Honda used extended warranty. ALL parts close to new and 100k extension to manufacturers warranty.
Then i asked for car fax... BAM.. 9 records one of them was an accident reported. No details. However a safty inspection (annual) was passed just 3 days after the report of accident.
So my question is... would i be stupid to buy this car with thta record on it assuming it was minor ? Is there anyway to find out for sure?
