Here's the ad I put up:

You'd be surprised how many cute girls responded to this ad. A couple of prostitutes did as well, as well as spam bots, but 4 great leads came out of this ad, and its upfront.

I don't think I'll follow any of them through though, it is a wee bit embarrassing.
