A woman filed a police report accusing the musician and "The Voice" coach of sexual battery -- reportedly claiming that Green drugged her with MDMA during dinner at a downtown L.A. restaurant.
She reportedly claims she later found herself naked in a room with the "Fuck You" singer.
The matter is reportedly under investigation by the LAPD -- no charges have been filed.
The news comes as Green is promoting his new Christmas album, "Cee Lo's Magic Moment."
