Tuition fee protest: where demonstrations will take place
The Liberal Democrat headquarters will be targeted by thousands of students in a second wave of demonstrations against tuition fee hikes on Wednesday.

The second major protest against fees in a month will see students march through central London to the Lib Dem offices in Westminster, weeks after 50,000 young people rioted outside the Conservatives' Millbank HQ.

That demonstration, on November 10, turned violent as protesters clashed with riot police, leading to more than 60 arrests and dozens injured and taken to hospital.

Wednesday's protest, dubbed "Day X" by protesters, will begin in Trafalgar Square, with students marching to Parliament and the Lib Dems' Cowley Street HQ before finishing at Downing Street.

My student protest days are over, I have one son at Uni and another going next year. They may be doing the protests but it will be their parents that will most likely be picking up the tab.

I have just escaped from a Metropolitan Police 'kettle' in Whitehall. I think i managed to blend in as well as i could amidst the scruffy student herberts and the young ladies seemed very taken with my three piece suit and top hat.

I initially had my eye on her -

However, the only thing i actually ended up fucking was this -

I'm now at home, on my own, in a darkened room polishing my helmet.

After all, it is being a supportive subversive to ease the stress of these hard-working ladies after a long day of protesting.
