SANTO DOMINGO, Venezuela: American filmmaker Oliver Stone praised President Hugo Chavez on Friday as the Venezuelan leader launched a mission to airlift three hostages held by leftist rebels out of Colombia's jungles.

Stone, standing near Chavez, said he was working on a film and hoped to accompany the humanitarian operation into Colombia.............

This should do wonders for Chavez's poll numbers.

Interesting. Where does it say he's doing a film about Chavez? It's about Columbia isn't it? Chavez is president of Venezuela if you'd recall. *shrug* I never saw his 9/11 movie but his JFK movie was great and is one of my fav's.

Oliver Stone...........

Just jumped on the chance to get a free ride in Hugos aircraft...so he could get a free snort or two or three of cocaine...his fav habit! Of course he would have protection from prosecution as long as he praised Hugo!:cof1:

ARRRRRRRR!!!!!

*RED IN THE FACE*

Right so I don't think Chavez is going to be in the film unless it's just this one scene if they show the trip to Columbia.

Chavez is admired all over the world by those who believe that leaders should act in the best interests of their people.

Those opposed to the lessons of Chavez are usually those who believe leadership should come from corporations and world leaders should act in the besdt interest of capital.
