Movies entail people in close quarters, without masks. There is a huge financial risk based on those people. You lose a star in the middle of the movie, a hundred million dollar movie just became worthless.

So that means insurance, and insurance companies making demands. One of those demands is that everyone must be vaccinated. There is no way to get insurance if you do not have everyone vaccinated. In other words, it is impossible to make a movie, unless people get vaccinated.

Ice Cube is a good actor, and he adds a lot to a movie, but there are many, many great movies without him. It is very possible to make a fine movie without Ice Cube being in it.

As for "fuck insurance", without insurance, you are not going to make a professional movie. I guess you could try to film something on your cell phone, but it is not going to be professional. Insurance is much more important than Ice Cube.
