Chemical WMD's found like dixie said, umm in Alabama ?

This seems to happen all the time.

I remember a few years ago, construction workers accidentally dug up some old anthrax, that the government had disposed of from a weapons lab, and had forgetten about because the records were lost.

This is fabulous. If there is any place I would want to find WMDs in more than Alabama, it could only be Mississippi.
