WASHINGTON (AP) — Chief Justice John Roberts warned Tuesday that personal criticism of federal judges is dangerous and “it’s got to stop,” two days after President Donald Trump called a federal judge who ruled against the administration “wacky, nasty, crooked and totally out of control.”

What happens when an activist judge--a Leftist activist judge--gets repeated smackdowns by the appeals courts and supreme court? Should be ignore that or simply fire his ass and replace him with someone who rules based on law rather than politics?

Again, the solution is sending a death threat?!

Cannot fire a federal judge. Have to be impeached.
Then impeach them. Judges are should not be dictators and making up law as they go. Yet, many do, particularly ones that hew to the political Left. District judges have already seen their power to make national injunctions stripped from them by the Supreme Court, for example. That happened because they grossly overstepped their authority repeatedly in trying to stop or hinder the Trump administration in doing something.

I see. Agree with Trump equals good judge. Disagree with Trump equals bad judge.

And... Was he correct or not?
The U.S. Marshals Service, responsible for protecting judges, reported 564 threats in the government fiscal year that ended in September, up from the year before. Roberts acknowledged the “serious threats” by noting Congress has responded by increasing funding for judges’ security.

No, a good judge rules based on law and precedent. A bad judge rules on personal opinion and politics. Right now, there are a number of judges, particularly at the district court level that are doing the latter, usually appointed by Biden or Obama who get overturned repeatedly. The fact that such judges have since Trump was reelected set a record for the number of national injunctions caused the Supreme Court to all but totally strip them of the power to make such rulings, as but one example.

That should tell you something about their political bias.
