There is so much wrong with your claim, but let's limit it to the math. The math is very objective, and you are undeniably wrong on the math. We can then assume if you are wrong on the simple math, you are probably wrong about everything else.
7 Billion people X $19.50 per dose X 2 doses per year = $273 BILLION not $273 TRILLION. Or 0.1% of your claimed cost.
Fauci has no more control over how many more variants we will see than the weather man has over when it will rain. I know you are looking for a person to hate for the actions of nature, but reality does not work that way.

7 or 8 or even 9... You are not going to find any single digit number that will add three orders of magnitude to the results. This is just math. You made a mistake that multiplied your results by a thousand times. You should have spotted that you were claiming the supposed cost of the vaccines was greater than the complete production by humanity, but you are that based in reality.
Vaccines are some of the cheapest health treatments around. Medicare, and probably health insurance companies in the USA will pay about $40 to give a shot, but most of that goes to pay for a person to actually give the shot (and the building to give the shot in). In places like Africa, shots are given for far less than a dollar.
