Choose my new optic.

Well with my RFB arriving soon, I need to choose a decent enough optic to mount on it. I want a red dot, but EOTechs are too bulky and Trijicons are as expensive as the gun itself. I'm not paying that damned much. So after some careful research I've narrowed it down to a couple of Bushnell products.

I am a huge fan of th holosights on themarket now. They get on target faster than any optic I have ever used. It is like having a laser, except there is nothing projected.

Mainly I like having both eyes open and being on target faster. I have a SightMark on my Ruger 10/22 and my Ruger MkIII. Love'em!

Do you have a particular model to suggest? Also The RFB is a .308 Winchester (oh lord...) rifle, so it has some range to it. Not that A holosight is bad, just might not be up to the task of distance targeting.

I agree. I'd like a Trijicon reflex sight, but those are like 700-800 dollars. Fuck that.
