Chris Wallace counts himself among the casualties of Fox News’ increasing insanity

We fight, We win, Am Yisrael Chai
Veteran newsman Chris Wallace counts himself among the casualties of Fox News’ coverage of the Jan. 6 insurrection and the conspiracy mongering leading up to the attack on the Capitol.

With his CNN debut slated for Tuesday, Wallace told the New York Times he ditched Fox News in December — his employer of 18 years — because it had become detached from reality.

“I’m fine with opinion: conservative opinion, liberal opinion,” he said. “But when people start to question the truth — Who won the 2020 election? Was Jan. 6 an insurrection? — I found that unsustainable.”

For rightys the insurrection and lying about the election is a positive. It goes along with their inability to resist Trumpian propaganda. They are without rudders. They go where and when Trump directs.

Fox had a string of casualties a few years ago when male reporters and station management were canned for sexually abusing the "beauty queens Fox hires to read the news. Wallace was there a long time.

I always thought he was the smartest one there and regularly watched his Sunday show until he left. Watching Fox try to fill that slot was interesting for several weeks.
