It seems that Christianity will very soon be a small minority and their influence is becoming more and more irrelevant.

Now people can blame secularism though the main reason in my opinion is too many wolves in sheep's clothing among the ranks. I believe they are also referred to as harlots in Biblical terms. They prostitute themselves to the secular rulers in exchange for wealth and power.

Same thing goes with most aspiring politicians. Even if they begin honest, it's not long till they are bought off one way or another.

This is the true reason the world problems never get addressed. They prey on the weak, the poor, ect.....Without them, their privileged lives would be over.

I frequent this Christian board where people that have Scriptural knowledge exchange perceptions of Scripture. I make mince meat out of most of them. I notice though that when you stray away from their beliefs, the moderators start to try to silence people. Basically they dont want to lose their brainwashing hold on their followers. The evangelicals that foam at the mouth for a chance to attack get free passes, but if your not supporting their beliefs, they ban you every once in awhile. I got banned for a few days for telling a guy that responding to his posts was a waste of time.LOL I've been insulted, accused, mocked, with these people not even getting a warning.lol

I see how the wealthy evangelical leaders eating at the pig trough defend their capitalist greed tooth and nail. If Jesus came back and told them to give their wealth to the poor they would mock Him. That is unless He showed them a miracle. Yes they are pharisees in every sense of the word. They seem to preach hatred for the poor. Why? So they can hold onto more of the donations they receive and pocket it(a Judas move), so they can build air conditioning for their pet dog houses(True story).

Then you have these evangelicals that say, hey if you don't like what they are promoting on TV, just turn it off. These are the biggest wolves in sheep's clothing. Immorality is being promoted on a large scale and many Christians are falling away from Christian morals because of it.

Sure these preachers give lip service to GOD in public but behind closed doors they plot and support evil. You can easily spot the fakes.

Look at the amount of preachers being charged for pedophilia, immoral conduct, stealing, ect....There are many that are not caught. I think it is part of a larger conspiracy. These people are being trained and brought up to infiltrate Christianity.
 
Christianity has been hijacked by too many people who have too many agendas.

On a side note, I watched a pretty cool doc on the Shroud of Turin the other night; the backstory on that thing is pretty amazing...
 
Good people are getting smarter and smarter.... Traditional Christianity is getting more and more harmfull.

There is only one agenda profit and power.

I doubt that shroud crap is real. The Catholics are known for forgeries and fairy tales to support their agenda.

This doc was crazy. It isn't painted or sketched - it's real blood on the shroud, and it doesn't go nearly deep enough into the fibers to account for any kind of paint or dye. And it's actually a negative, like a burst of light or energy created it.

Wild stuff...

How is traditional Christianity harmful? You mean that stuff about them believing in Adam and Eve and the world built in 6 days and the chosen people stuff? And denying evolution and science?

I guess it is entertaining if you even half believe, but I don't buy that stuff. The only thing that would support what you are saying is that if advanced extra terrestrials came and put Adam and Eve on the earth and Jesus is an Alien being. And they used a teleporter to beam Him up from the shroud.lol Basically an x-ray image as a result of radiation. It sounds more mechanical then supernatural.

If you read the OP, it is basically saying that the biggest enemy of Christianity is not the liberals but from within(their own leaders).........

All the right does is give lip service to GOD, but they are all pro money, just like the left. They just have different ways of stealing. And remember, you cant serve GOD and wealth. :)

Yeah...those Catholics must have been the smartest people in the history of mankind to produce such a forgery.....
So good that it can't be explained by the most intelligent scientists even after 1000 years of advanced science and technological advances.....
thats quite a feat.....pinheads must be totally embarrassed by their failure to explain how it was done.....

That plus the use of guilt to control people, the idea that anythign but the 'traditional' family is bad, the didling of little boys, the teaching of fear.

It's a liberal conspiracy!

Actually, it's many Christian leaders choosing to ignore Christ's message and focus instead on gay marriage, abortion & other political fights, and who turn a blind eye to televangelists robbing their constituencies blind to pay for private jets and mansions.....

No doubt.....any slip ups by ANY Christians, especially those within the hierarchy of the organization is exploited to the hilt....

the lefty media will portray those "sinners" as if they really aren't normal human men and women that make mistakes,... but as super beings that shouldn't be allowed to make
mistakes like mere normal men do.....

Its a great tactic, as I said, very successful

They use a similar tactic against their political enemies too....with the same kind of success....

The Stratovarius violins' process can not be duplicated either. There are many things done by mere men which can not be explained.

If you don't understand the definition of "conspiracy" I guess you might like that term...but its neither illegal, wrongful, or subversive act or even anything
done in a covert manner.....its in the open and easy to discern....the allience between to left and the media is not only open but not even denied....
so conspiracy doesn't fit in this case.....

Actually its a good word to repeat over and over because it will have the desired, detrimental effect on the opposition.....a lie, but effective.

LOL! I dont buy that. Are you a Christian Bravo? Are you "born again"? A true Christian would not be lured into these temptations. Maybe infidelity but not stealing, not pedophilia, not homosexuality, not purposely leading people astray.

Well, sweetie....men don't produce trees like we used to....and the violin maker is long dead and won't be making any instruments ....

The ones made today are probably better in quality and indistinguishable in tone to the real thing.....but like a Picasso....it just can't be called the real thing....

It reminds me of the tools that claim that the old vintage tube guitar amps sounded so much better that todays solid state....
very subjective conclusion and I think total bullshit....if you didn't know which one you were hearing, you'd never know which was which....

No and choose instead of focusing on their bank accounts and their selfish desires.

They dont really throw their weight behind these causes. It is mostly lip service and as a result, Christian influence is shrinking rapidly.

Those are their bread a butter topics(gay marriage, abortions). They dont want them dealt with. Then they will have nothing to rally the troops.

They need the weak, they need the poor, they need the sinners.
