You're so stupid. Look again in the pics #2,3 and 4 to see that it was when the woman gunned the car toward the ICE agent trying to mow him down. Thanks to the ICE agent another reckless, stupid, and disturbing violent nutcase is off the streets. Ever hear of self defense fella?

I believe he drew his gun before she put the vehicle in motion. He clearly violated DHS procedures and has killed an American citizen, it’s murder.

1. ICE agent is telling perp to exit the vehicle and attempts to open door to facilitate removal of the suspect from the vehicle.

2. Suspect attempts to back up as officer struggles to open vehicle door and facilitate arrest. Second officer draws service weapon to cover perp as she is now attempting to flee and clearly resisting arrest.

3. This struggle between officer at door and perp continues as the suspect now starts to move the vehicle forward in a clear attempt to flee scene while resisting arrest.

4. Suspect starts to drive away forcing officer at door to let go of handle. The perp grazes / hits officer in front of the vehicle who fires in self-defense at the suspect.

5. The suspect begins to accelerate away to flee but is hit by fire, killed at scene and vehicle crashes.

The criminal in the vehicle was killed resisting arrest, using their vehicle as a weapon, and attempting to flee law enforcement officers engaged in a lawful arrest.
