While Nixon was under investigation and impeachment was coming the Executive and legislative continued governing and passed some important legislation. When Clinton was being charged he was still working and legislation was passed. They both continued doing their jobs. They were still in office and still getting paid.
You guys are proud that Trump petulantly refuses to do his job if the house continues the investigations. The investigations are the job of the house.
You guys are backing Trump no matter how wrong and childish he is. The problem is not just Trump but you guys too.

Nixon & Clinton were swamp rat criminals. They had no reason to be outraged at the justice that awaited them, Trump hasn't been shown to have committed a single crime and has a perfect right to tell Nancy & Chuck to shove it up their obstructing asses. Trump can never deal with those swamp rats, they've proven they're in concert to never allow that to happen. I applaud Trump's actions concerning them!!!!!

@ this point there is no argument that obstruction is what both sides are focused on... I was hoping they could do this deal...trump is looking out mostly, if not exclusively for his fans & the super rich so his threats of doing nothing is falling on deaf ears......

You say the strangest shit. There has never been a president with more corrupt appearing connections than Trump.Nixon was nailed for a coverup. That is what Trump has been doing all along. I cannot see Trump surviving. He is as corrupt and self-dealing as any politician in modern times.

Pelosi & Schumer need to step aside and let some adult Democrats, (if there are any), deal with the Donald, build the wall, fix immigration, fix health insurance, lower drug prices, finish Donald's trade deals and thank him for a great economy for their constituents IMHO!
