i think that the citizens united verdict allowing corporations to donate unlimited funds was wrong

maybe scotus will reverse itself - i hope so

maybe it will go so far as to rule that corporations are not people

Ginsburg is wrong. The states are not bound to follow the USSC decisions because the state constitutions or laws may have even stronger protections for it's citizens than the US Constitution or federal court decisions. case in point is Michigan Dept. of State Police v. Sitz
