I hate Ron Paul. Fuck Ron Paul. I respect Ron Paul, to a degree. Those of you who have honestly assessed the man, know what I am talking about.

Give the man his props. Make him pay for his mistakes.

Ron Paul represents what is both good and bad in The Libertarian Party. Help that party grow up. Help The United States grow up as well.

If one looks hard enough I'm sure they might find one or two things "good" anout George Bush .. but overall he's an idiot and the worst president this nation has ever seen. The same is true of Paul .. look hard enough and there are a few qualities one might admire, but overall he's a self-absorbed stuck in the 18th century politician with a vapid legislative record that has sense of socio-ethical responsibility and who associates and participates with some of the most vile hate groups on the planet. He's hardly worth the effort of trying to make him pay for his lunacy.

There are a myriad of ways to help the US grow up without trying to salvage Paul or the Libertarian Party. That should be left to those who believe in either of them.

Hate groups? You rant against Jews, praised Ahmadinejad and have a fucking black panther as your avatar. Care to explain all that?

...by disagreeing with him as my President, as any patriotic American should do.

This campaign is just beginning and there are up and down days. But nothing any other candidate has done or said has convinced me to abandon the basic principle and policy differences this man holds against this field of candidates so lacking in respect for our liberties.

He is not the perfect candidate--no one is--but he is the best we have been offered, and that is by a long shot.
 
Regardless of what people think of him, Ron Paul is the only candidate capable of balancing the budget and actually reducing debt. The rest of the Repubs have the usual blathering against government spending but none of them have any balls to actually say what they'd cut, while the Dems are falling over themselves to see who can "do" (spend) the most on healthcare.

How do you know he's capable of doing anything? Aren't you really expressing hope that he can do those things?

Not to an idiot who wouldn't have the intellectual capacity to discern anyway.

AND .. not to a liar who is incapable of forming a serious argument .. post ANYTHING I've said negative about "Jews". My argument is with the state of Israel.

I don't remember anybody saying Bush would cut government. It was always a "He'll grow it less than his opponent promises to." thing, never an actual smaller government thing.

A 'lesser evil' approach.

Even back in 2000, Bush was promising to grow government with the school funding and other programs. Nobody was saying he would shrink government.
