Due to flight restrictions, passengers at Vnukovo, Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo airports, as well as in Volgograd, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara and Perm, are waiting for half a day to board.

Dozens of flights have been canceled altogether, and in St. Petersburg, people are not allowed off the plane at all for more than 7 hours.
